Exploring the 7 Chakras through Yoga Series

Go beyond the physical and tap into the energetic fields in your body.  In this workshop series we will explore one of the seven main chakras (or energy centers) each month.  Learn what each Chakra represents, its unique function, and how yoga can support finding balance. Everything we do will be adapted to work for each individual body and experience level. All workshops will include a combination of yoga, meditation, reflection, essential oils, crystals, and more.  All are welcome.  Come to any or all of the series.  General information from each workshop will be posted in the Facebook event page and on our website. $10 suggested donation.
